His Girlfriend's Best Friend's Sex Den — Episode 1

What happens in episode 1 of His Girlfriend's Best Friend's Sex Den

Episode 1 of His Girlfriend's Best Friend's Sex Den runs from a chandelier-lit evening to Kira's living room and the rules of her house. It runs 57 seconds.

He and Kira stand close under a crystal chandelier, both smiling a little too much for two people who are supposed to be friends by proxy. She is in a black satin slip dress with a sheer wrap; he is in white linen. Then a phone buzzes on a dark tabletop — Trish calling, a red-haired woman in black glasses on the screen — and the evening tilts.

Back at Kira's place, in a lamp-lit living room full of books and dried flowers, she talks straight to camera and lays out the rules of her house. Episode 1 stops just short of the stairs. Five episodes follow the arrangement as it becomes a habit. The series is less about the room of the title than about the conversation before it — confident, adult and very direct.
