What happens in episode 1 of Room Service
Episode 1 of Room Service is a fifth-anniversary resort stay, a wife in the pool and a housekeeper at the villa door. It runs 60 seconds.
Fifth anniversary, fifth stay at the same tropical resort. His freckled red-haired wife smiles up from the infinity pool at sunset, banana palms behind her, completely at ease. It is a picture-perfect holiday — the kind of place where the staff know your names and, apparently, your schedule.
Episode 1 moves to the villa doorway. A brunette housekeeper in a black uniform dress, white apron and sheer tights wheels up a trolley of fruit and towels just as the husband leans in the doorway in an open shirt. The poster, the two of them forehead to forehead in amber light, is the whole premise: the wife takes long showers, and room service has noticed. Five episodes, lush and warm.
